SPECIAL CUSTOM DESIGN - ONE OF A KIND

Develop dexterity, problem-solving and reasoning skills, hand/eye coordination, color, shape, size identification, and more with these big, bright, multicolored WOODEN JIG-SAW PUZZLES. The pieces are light in weight, large in size (about 3/4" thick for easy handling), and interlock loosely so even pre-schoolers can assemble them easily. All are safe, sturdy, and water-resistant. The colors are non-toxic stain-like impregnated finishes. This Custom Design is a 28" x 42" Rectangular 'L' Shape, and is Colored in Gray and White, rotating between the color pattern of squares and centers, to make for a formal interior decorating piece.

If actually used as a Jig-Saw Puzzle, it is for (1) or more players. It tends to be a very good family project, so as to involve all members of the family. It is a good way to work with younger players, to demonstrate the skills listed above in working these Wooden Jig-Saw Puzzles. This jig-saw puzzle contains 64 pieces in the main 28" x 28" square containing 8 rows by 8 columns, and the 'L' contains 16 additional pieces 4 rows by 4 columns attached at one corner of the main square.

I have had some customers buy a similar wooden jig-saw puzzle (the 28" x 28" squares)  just to display as a wall hanging in the den or somewhere in the house to interior decorate. BUT, on two occasions that come to mind, the owners of the puzzles had no intentions of ever having to reassemble the puzzle as they were never going to take it apart. In fact, they requested to have it shipped nearly all together (which is now how we ship all of the large puzzle designs). In any event, they were entertaining at their home and their guests decided it would be fun to take it down and try it. Well, needless to say, one of my customers requested they would pay me to come to their home and reassemble it, as they could not do it after three days working on it. The other customer did finally get it back together. And yes, my son and I went to their home and put it back together in 15 minutes. They were astounded at our feat. But bear in mind, I designed it and my son and I along with 14 other employees make them every day.

Also please note, that I at a young age of 7-1/2 did jig-saw puzzles every day solid, 6-8 hours a day, for the next 3-years, 4-months, & 10-days while flat on my back. Then I learned to walk again. And now you know the rest of the story.

THE PUZZLE-MAN TOYS
Our wooden toys are created for the safety and education of all. We started designing for young children, but soon found that every person in the family was the kid having fun. While having fun, learning skills are very apparent. These wooden toys help develop dexterity, hand/eye coordination, color, shape, size identification, problem-solving and reasoning skills, plus many others.

All of our Jig-Saw Puzzles are created without a frame to insert the pieces into, as most others are. We want the family members to match and compare the shape of the parts that go together or structural shapes to each other, in order to reassemble each design. Not put a piece into a frame that matches the frame, having no consideration for the relationship of the components that make up the design. The grain of the wood plays an important part as all designs are cut from a solid piece of wood.

All puzzles will hang together on the wall with no hook or gluing. (It will hang from just a small finishing nail in the wall).
