The Play Kitchen Stove was the first piece of Wooden Play Furniture I designed and built. It happened one Christmas in the year 1974. My daughter, age 4-1/2 , wanted many items for Christmas that I could not afford. Finally, I got the idea for the stove (3) days before Christmas. I put the idea on paper, and started working. The look on my daughters face, Christmas morning, made it all worth while.

Our Play Kitchen Stove is   Yellow   and is built with durability in mind, which translates into many children using it at a time, over and over. This Play Stove has real-life reality built right into the unit. It teaches a young child the do's and don'ts when working around a real stove. The stove has the lower pots and pans drawer below the oven. The Burners on the top surface are Red in color to indicate "HOT", so as to teach them not to put their hands on the burners. The Knobs in Blue on the front have notations to indicate the left front ( LF ), left rear ( LR ), right front ( RF ), and right rear ( RR ) plus oven ( O ). They turn freely so as to pretend to turn on or off. On the back splash to the left is the Clock in Green and to the right is the Timer in Green as well. The size is approximately 24" wide, 20" deep and 27" tall.

*NOTE* : This product weighs approximately 100 lbs. crated up on a skid and Can Not Ship via UPS.  DUE TO ITS BULKY SIZE it MUST SHIP VIA A COMMON CARRIER TRUCKING COMPANY,  USING AN LTL TRUCK. We need to be notified of the "ship-to" destination by street address, city, state, and Zip Code in order to quote the actual shipping costs for this product. We will need to have a confirmation of the quoted freight charges before shipment will be made.

It's truly amazing at the percentage of boys vs. girls who play with our Kitchen Series in a classroom environment.
